How to sign up for online classes

You can still book your classes through Mindbody or the website.

Pick a class and book yourself in as normal.

Your class passes are still functioning so you can continue to use the passes you have already bought.

To buy a new pass on line, either download the Mindbody app at the bottom of the page or Click Here

If you are struggling to buy online please call us on 0424 774 119 and we can take payment over the phone.

How to Ensure you get into your online class smoothly

Firstly you will need to create a zoom account.

Go to Zoom.us

Create a free account there.

We recommend using a laptop or Ipad for class if you can, as this will give you a bigger screen to see us on, but you can use your phone too.

If you are using a phone or tablet, you will need to download the Zoom App before you can use join your class.

If you are using a laptop, you should not need to download the app, though some pc's do ask you to.

Once you have booked into your class, if it the first online class you have done with us, send Ruth a text with your preferred email address on 0424 774 119.

You will be sent a link before the class occurs, via your preferred email.

Before you join a class, ensure that you are in an area which is safe for you to do class in. No sharp corners to knock yourself on and as peaceful a spot as you can get to yourself where you can move comfortably without bumping into things or people. Set up your equipment for class.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection, water and anything else you need to keep you comfortable during the class.

Set up your device so that the instructor can see you clearly. If you are doing a class, they will need to see your whole body, not just head and shoulders! We want to keep you safe and be able to give you useful corrections.


Go into the email 10 minutes before your class start.

Click on the link and follow the instructions you are given from there.

You will have to sign in with your zoom ID and the Zoom Password you chose when you created the ID.

You may also be asked to type in the password that came with your meeting link.

Once you have done this, you will be in a 'Waiting room'.

Once your instructor sees you are in the waiting room, they will admit you into class.

The reason we ask you to log in 10 minutes before class, especially in these early days, is so that we have time to sort out any technical glitches like being on mute from your computer or having your camera turned off. (It happens to all of us once)

Once everyone is set up, we will proceed with the class!

Candlelit Yin Yoga

Want to get a good night's sleep?

8pm Tuesday Night is a chance for you to relax and restore yourself,ready for the rest of the week.

Come and stretch out your body,relax your mind and devote a little bit of time to letting go of stress in a warm, cosy, candlelit room.

Try something new.

Chiball on Monday at 7.30pm is a gentle, flowing class with Qigong, Pilates, Feldenkrais and yoga elements. Its a great class to get your body moving and let your mind relax.

Tabata Circuit Training Monday at 6.30pm, Thursday at 6.30pm and Saturday at 9.15am are classes with strength training and cardio components, great for bone density, muscle building and fitness improvements. The classes are small enough that your technique can be corrected for safe training and adjustments can be made to work for everybody's capabilities.
